passionate
Our dedicated team all share a common thread - we are passionate about communication. This shared passion has built an inclusive culture, where people support and encourage each other to grow and improve in order to build our clients business.
Brad Entwistle, Managing Director
Although my role is now Managing Director, I founded Image 7 Group because I love helping clients be more successful. So, I still enjoy the opportunities I have to work closely with clients in developing their business. I'm a 'learner', and I've worked in almost every communication medium, old and new, to discover the nuance of why they connect with their audiences. And for some undiscovered reason, I love old maps.
Peter Ion, Director - Creative Services
As a Creative Director, the process of design is something that has always amazed me. From an early age I discovered that simple media, e.g. crayons on walls, could create not only a visual impact, but provoked seemingly endless discussion as well. Our changing world is one continual sourcebook of ideas. You have to embrace these challenges and learn from your victories as well as defeats. The final product, to me, is merely the icing on the cake - the enjoyment is in the process.
Kathy Jones, Account Director
Everything we say and do says something about who we are, so the opportunities to make a good impression are endless! I get a buzz out of developing creative integrative communications that emulate the essence of a project, providing an experience of an organisation's brand to build relationships and business. I have a varied background over the last ten years or so spanning publications, media, events and marketing and have a bachelor degree in Public Relations and Japanese and postgraduate studies in Professional Writing and Publications. In my spare time I love spending time with my gorgeous boys (10yrs and 35yrs), wrestling with Ikea furniture and am besotted with my black Labrador.
Brigit Anderson, Account Director
I'm a word nerd - nothing gets me as worked up as the mis-use of apostrophes (or the over-use of italics, exclamation marks or parentheses!) - and that's one of the reasons I enjoy working with the perfectionists at Image 7 Group. I also love the passion, dedication and attention to detail that means we generally get it right, for the sake of our clients. All of whom are the very reason we exist. I lived in London for 16 years and have only recently learned to drive.
Ellie Sutherland, Senior Account Manager
Working at Image 7 is a buzz - in both a cerebral and creative sense. I feel very fortunate to be part of such a dynamic and talented team of professionals. Diversity is what makes my job interesting - different clients, markets and communication needs. And what makes the role rewarding is helping clients build their business and solve problems, through compelling messages and effective mediums.
Jes Stovold, Account Manager - NSW
Born, raised and still living in Sydney, I'm excited to extend the Image 7 Group across another time zone. Ever since my first part-time job as a pharmacy assistant I have enjoyed working with people in roles that enable me to discover customers needs and deliver a service that exceeds their expectations. Experience in marketing, sales, events management and administration in the corporate environment, has provided many opportunities for me to explore the principles of effective business communication. Being part of the Image 7 team allows me to work directly with businesses to discover, create and implement the processes and communication that builds long-term relationships with their customers.
Living in the 'lucky country' means I am able to enjoy my time outside of work doing pretty much whatever I want with family and friends. Knowing that this is not the case in many parts of the world, I often get involved in projects that help to 'bridge the gap between the rich and the poor'. In the wise words of Benjamin Franklin: 'Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.'
Yolandé Lundie, Account Manager
Having grown up with two Psychologist parents, my interest in communication and the human mind was no surprise. After school I completed a Diploma of Business Marketing, before diving into a Bachelor of Communications degree at ECU. As expected I loved every moment of my studies, and found that Marketing and Communications could provide me with a career based on a combination of two of my passions: friendly, professional customer service and the ability to step into my target market/client's shoes and truly understand their goals before helping them make it happen! After recently becoming Mrs Lundie, my spare time is currently spent completing finishing touches to our newly built home. Mr Lundie and I look forward to living happily ever after.
Josephine Stewart, Account Manager
Born and raised in Europe, I fell in love with Australia (and Mike) during rotary exchange and migrated in June 2007. Prior to leaving the Netherlands, I studied Communications, Advertising and Design at University before starting my own web design business with my brother. Having recently joined Image 7 Group, I am thoroughly enjoying being able to express my creativity in the management of projects, developing solutions and of course the artwork we create. When I am not working, my interests include travelling, good wine and Italian cuisine.
Thea Ibbs, Account Coordinator
My favorite part of my job is seeing the end product and a happy client, while knowing the hard work and effort that went into the process. I have been known to get teary when seeing a completed brochure. My background is in advertising and I have strong experience in TVC, print, radio and web development. In addition to working at Image 7, I am also studying for my Graduate Diploma in Marketing. I like vintage dresses, Coca Cola and graphic novels by Guy Delisle. My lifelong ambition is to catch the Trans Mongolian Express from St Petersburg to Beijing.
Phil de Glanville, Graphic Designer
As a graphic designer, I put the 'image' in Image 7 Group. After completing my Bachelor of Science in Interactive Multimedia and Information Technology, I eagerly accepted a creative role at Image 7 Group. I've been working here for four years and enjoy the variety of work. I also enjoy playing basketball and long walks along the beach.
Callie Thomson, Graphic Designer
I make up the feminine part of the Image 7 design team. I started my BA Fine Arts degree in South Africa where I was born and raised, and completed it after moving to Perth with my family. Fast forward a few years later I returned to the student life to complete my Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design at Central TAFE. Here at Image 7 Group I spend my time creating and designing, as well as keeping the design boys in check with my constant chatter.
Carrie Anderson, Accountant/Office Manager
I emigrated from South Africa with my husband and two children in 1998, and joined Image 7 Group shortly after arriving in Perth as an in-house accountant. I received my Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of South Africa. When I am not at Image 7 Group I am either running with my dog or involved with my children's sporting activities.
Suzanne Willcock, Director - Client Services (currently on maternity leave)
Although my background is teaching (Bachelor of Arts, Education), I decided to trade the classroom for the world of communications 14 years ago. For a frustrated creative, one of the most satisfying aspects of my role is seeing the copy I have crafted come to life with design that communicates a clients' message. It's not rocket science, but there's plenty of smarts behind making it work. Come home time, you'll find me at a Pump, Attack or Combat fitness class. I'm really not an angry person!
Melanie Tascone, Account Manager (currently on maternity leave)
I enjoy using the skills that I have acquired through my Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) and through my life experiences, to help Image 7 Group clients take their business communications to the next level. I am one of the rare types who can get excited about working on an organisational communications strategy. My other passion is yoga. It is my time to forget all about 'external' communications and becomes a time for me to concentrate on asana to rest my whirring mind.
Rachel Smith, Business Development (currently on maternity leave)
I spend most of my day running around after my daughter, Tayla. Before she came along though, I'd had the opportunity to work in both account and administration roles at Image 7 Group, before finding my niche in sales. Establishing and managing the sales process for the Capricorn Purple Pages supplier directories was my first challenge in my sales role, and I've loved smashing sales targets ever since!
