Brad Entwistle, Managing Director

Although my role is now Managing Director, I founded imageseven because I love helping clients be more successful. So, I still enjoy the opportunities I have to work closely with clients in developing their business. I'm a 'learner', and I've worked in almost every communication medium, old and new, to discover the nuance of why they connect with their audiences. And for some undiscovered reason, I love old maps.

Peter Ion, Director of Operations

As a Creative Director, the process of design is something that has always amazed me. From an early age I discovered that simple media, e.g. crayons on walls, could create not only a visual impact, but provoked seemingly endless discussion as well. Our changing world is one continual sourcebook of ideas. You have to embrace these challenges and learn from your victories as well as defeats. The final product, to me, is merely the icing on the cake - the enjoyment is in the process.

Kathy Arbuckle, Account Director WA

Everything we say and do says something about who we are, so the opportunities to make a good impression are endless! I get a buzz out of developing creative integrated communications that emulate the essence of a project, providing an experience of an organisation's brand to build relationships and business. I have a varied background over the last 13 years or so spanning all aspects of marcom in the education, not-for-profit and community sectors. I have a bachelor degree in Public Relations and Japanese, and postgraduate studies in Professional Writing and Publications. In my spare time I love spending time with my gorgeous boys (13yrs and 38yrs), nature walks, wrestling with Ikea furniture and am besotted with my black Labrador.

Belinda McCubbin, Account Director NSW

I have a passion to serve others and get a real buzz from achieving great results, particularly when a positive outcome looks unlikely. I've been blessed with an abundance of experiences throughout my career, with exposure to a fantastic variety of marketing disciplines. Starting in advertising, I quickly learnt about working to deadlines and managing the pressures of a fast paced environment. From here I moved into marketing management and client focused roles; opportunities that really gave me a taste for where I want my career to go. I am so excited to be part of the imageseven team and an environment that lets me explore and develop my skills and interests. And... when I am not working, I am busy with my other passion... enjoying life with my husband and beautiful son.

Cherie Butcher, Senior Account Manager WA

With a background in writing and graphic design I find the symbiosis between written and visual communication endlessly fascinating. I see design and communication possibilities in everything and particularly like bold and courageous approaches with pure elements. Growing up in a small country town with five adventurous brothers means I am not afraid of a challenge and like to push the boundaries to see where it leads. I live with my artist husband and our two daughters in a solar passive home that is constantly filled with children and friends. I have gardener's hands and a five metre high bookcase groaning under the responsibility. When I'm not at work, I'm with my family walking the coast, pottering in our garden or having never ending conversations about music, art and literature.

Andrew MacFarlane, Senior Account Manager WA

I've always been inspired by the power of story and the potential it has as a vehicle for doing 'good work'. I completed a journalist cadetship at a regional WA newspaper after finishing school and have 24 years experience in a range of communications roles including writer, researcher, planner, editor, publisher, photographer, lecturer and freelance consultant. My recent focus has shifted to the online space where I see opportunities to bridge the gap between maturing appetites for mass media and traditional marcoms knowledge for truly strategic message-making. Our family packed up our country home and returned to Perth to support our daughter's music ambitions. This was a big decision that despite its challenges has yielded some unexpected benefits ... like achieving a long-term personal goal to join the imageseven team!

Vanessa Klomp, Account Manager WA

After many years of developing a career in the educational administration field for secondary and tertiary students, I took the plunge to formalise my experience by obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology majoring in Tourism Management and Public Relations. Since my graduation, I have also worked in the homeschooling and international language fields of education. Originally from Sydney, I make yearly trips to catch up with family, but call Perth home particularly since purchasing my first house in Perth, December 2009. I love being outdoors and you can find me early on a Saturday morning exercising with a group of friends. I also enjoy travelling and one day would like to see African animals in their natural habitat.

I believe there are a multitude of factors that make a person who they are and shape what they aspire to. I grew up in a small Coastal town where empathetic and wholesome relationships are a certainty. Only
after traveling the world and being able to compare people, cultures and processes was I able to truly value what I had learnt. This is what marketing is to me, being able to draw from experiences, interpret people, places and processes and put it into perspective - make it have value. Communications is absolutely paramount, and to be able to add meaningful value to how people interact is very fulfilling. I studied a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at ACU National and look forward to the challenges ahead and lessons to learn along the way with imageseven.

I've always been motivated by making people happy and the power of teamwork and here, at imageseven, that's what we do and how we operate. I am thoroughly enjoying expressing my creativity through writing and the challenges of working with deadlines in a fast paced environment. In 2009, I completed a bachelor of Mass Communication in Public Relations at Murdoch University. I take pleasure in cooking for my loved ones, trying new cuisine, travelling and relaxing on deserted beaches.

I get a real buzz out of the whole marketing process. To me, marketing is a jigsaw puzzle and I love the process of gathering all the little pieces, throwing a few crazy deadlines into the mix and putting it all together to make a client's visions and goals a reality. I completed a Diploma of Business straight out of school before completing a Bachelor of Marketing and the Media at Murdoch University. Marketing is forever changing in order to keep up with our fast paced world, so there's always something new to learn which I love. When I'm not at imageseven, I enjoy travelling, good food and good wine...and if I'm lucky, all at once!

I have had a love of drawing from a young age, but never imagined it would turn into a career in graphic design. Whilst studying for an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, a whole new world of opportunity opened up for me. I discovered that my passion for drawing could lead me to marketing, packaging, branding, web design and much more. I get huge satisfaction out of learning new design techniques and I love a design challenge. imageseven provides me with opportunities to grow, learn and be challenged, what a great place to be.

People intrigue me. Writing their stories to engage readers is a challenge I love. My study at Murdoch University (Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Master of Philosophy - Journalism and Anthropology) prepared me to discover and write about life in a unique way. Living in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Philippines has enriched and shaped my life too. I'm passionate about learning, travel, photography, and my husband Peter, although not necessarily in that order! I enjoy playing piano for a children's music program each Wednesday.

I emigrated from South Africa with my husband and two children in 1998, and joined imageseven shortly after arriving in Perth as an in-house accountant. I received my Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of South Africa. When I am not at imageseven I am either running with my dog or involved with my children's sporting activities.

Learning and trying new things is my fetish, and over the years it has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge that has shaped who I am today. I realised early on whilst studying a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing) that marketing communications was one way that I could feed my fetish as it is something that is constantly evolving in order to keep up with today's ever changing world.
