I love helping companies to argue their case in the court of public opinion. I've had more than 30 years experience as a journalist, media executive and as a General Manager of Marketing and PR. My passion is working closely with clients to create strategies that help bring brands to life and drive high levels of engagement with customers and key stakeholders. Andrew MacFarlane, Senior Account Manager WA
I've always been inspired by the power of story and the potential it has as a vehicle for doing 'good work'. I completed a journalist cadetship at a regional WA newspaper after finishing school and have 24 years experience in a range of communications roles including writer, researcher, planner, editor, publisher, photographer, lecturer and freelance consultant. My recent focus has shifted to the online space where I see opportunities to bridge the gap between maturing appetites for mass media and traditional marcoms knowledge for truly strategic message-making. Our family packed up our country home and returned to Perth to support our daughter's music ambitions. This was a big decision that despite its challenges has yielded some unexpected benefits ... like achieving a long-term personal goal to join the imageseven team!

Not one to stand still, Ange established her high end fashion brand Ange Lang in 2010, and she pursues this passion in her own time.

Suzanne Willcock, Senior Account Manager WA
If 16 years working in marketing communications has taught me anything it's to assume nothing and prepare for anything! It's a lesson that has served me well at imageseven where the diversity of clients and their communication needs indulges my love of nutting out the strategic and creative elements of a project, while overseeing its tactical execution through to completion. I set the bar high when it comes to client service … the ultimate goal being consistently positive experiences for the client breeds long term advocacy. Away from the office, I live with my husband and two beautiful daughters and spend much of my time trying to find more hours in the day to fit in my fitness pursuits and some quiet moments to devote to my obsession with home renovation magazines.
Belinda McCubbin, Senior Account Manager NSW (currently on maternity leave)
I have a passion to serve others and get a real buzz from achieving great results, particularly when a positive outcome looks unlikely. I've been blessed with an abundance of experiences throughout my career, with exposure to a fantastic variety of marketing disciplines. Starting in advertising, I quickly learnt about working to deadlines and managing the pressures of a fast paced environment. From here I moved into marketing management and client focused roles; opportunities that really gave me a taste for where I want my career to go. I am so excited to be part of the imageseven team and an environment that lets me explore and develop my skills and interests. And... when I am not working, I am busy with my other passion... enjoying life with my husband and beautiful son.
Vanessa Klomp, Account Manager WA
After many years of developing a career in the educational administration field for secondary and tertiary students, I took the plunge to formalise my experience by obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology majoring in Tourism Management and Public Relations. Since my graduation, I have also worked in the homeschooling and international language fields of education. Originally from Sydney, I make yearly trips to catch up with family, but call Perth home particularly since purchasing my first house in Perth, December 2009. I love being outdoors and you can find me early on a Saturday morning exercising with a group of friends. I also enjoy travelling and one day would like to see African animals in their natural habitat.
Lisa Kenney, Account Manager WA
I get a real buzz out of the whole marketing process. To me, marketing is a jigsaw puzzle and I love the process of gathering all the little pieces, throwing a few crazy deadlines into the mix and putting it all together to make a client's visions and goals a reality. I completed a Diploma of Business straight out of school before completing a Bachelor of Marketing and the Media at Murdoch University. Marketing is forever changing in order to keep up with our fast paced world, so there's always something new to learn which I love. When I'm not at imageseven, I enjoy travelling, good food and good wine...and if I'm lucky, all at once!
Nicole Grego, Account Manager WA
I've always been motivated by making people happy and the power of teamwork and here, at imageseven, that's what we do and how we operate. I am thoroughly enjoying expressing my creativity through writing and the challenges of working with deadlines in a fast paced environment. In 2009, I completed a bachelor of Mass Communication in Public Relations at Murdoch University. I take pleasure in cooking for my loved ones, trying new cuisine, travelling and relaxing on deserted beaches.
Scott Ingram, Marcom Support Specialist NSW
After beginning a bachelor of commerce at Curtin University, I quickly learnt that I had a passion for marketing. I love how marketing has a strong focus on interacting with clients, helping meet their needs, and ultimately helping them build their business. I get huge job satisfaction from providing efficient and effective customer service, and am always looking to exceed client expectations. imageseven enables me to do this, combining my passion for marketing with a team who share the same values as me. I look forward to being an imageseven team member for years to come.
Amelia Morris, Marcom Support Specialist NSW
My passion for marketing communications was sparked whilst studying a Bachelor of Arts in Acting. I've always been interested in people and the way we communicate with them, but when I took on some elective subjects in Advertising, Events and Project Management I soon realized where I really wanted to be. I enrolled in a Masters of Public Relations and Advertising, which I am set to graduate from at the end of this year, and have never looked back! In my spare time I enjoy recreational cooking, watching live theatre and a whole host of outdoor activities.
Nicole Gorman, Events Specialist NSW
Starting out in my career, I was fortunate enough to be exposed to many elaborate events of all sizes whilst working in the insurance industry. Although I loved the experience of being the attendee at the event, I had a real desire to be the one creating that experience. This quickly lead me to studying my Diploma of Event Management followed by a swift career change in to the events industry. I remember reading the saying, 'Do what you love, love what you do', which has left an impression on me. Now after nine years of working on events nationally and internationally, I can honestly say 'I love what I do'. I have a passion for creating those 'wow' moments for my clients and get a real buzz from the fast paced, variety of projects that come my way. Most of all I love seeing the delight and excitement on the attendees faces, it's truly rewarding. When I'm not working, I enjoy relaxing with friends and family, horse riding, kayaking and anything that involves getting outside and having a good time.
Vicki Gelder, Receptionist NSW
Unlike my colleagues here at imageseven I don't have a marketing background. My experience has been predominantly in client services and hospitality. After a very enjoyable career in the airlines as a Flight Attendant I realised that I loved being part of the 'front line' of customer service and so reception was a natural progression. Dealing with people is definitely an acquired taste, but once it is in your blood it's hard to get out. I come from a strong sporting family where I have learnt that with dedication, a little team spirit and a good sense of humour, you can handle most situations, and reception is certainly no different.
Courtney Haslam, Receptionist WA
From the moment I learnt about imageseven, I knew that it was where I wanted to work. The simple reason being that imageseven's values and mine coincided, so I knew I could fulfil my passion to excel in customer service. My motto in life is to always treat people how I would like to be treated, which for me, in my role at imageseven means exceeding our clients' expectations. I also love helping people, especially those less fortunate than myself, so I am very involved in community volunteer work. In my spare time you will find me exercising, keeping abreast of the latest fashion or spending quality time with family and friends.
Hayley Emmett, Senior Graphic Designer WA
I'm a huge fan of graphic design, fashion design, textile design, furniture design, interior design … and did I mention design? I graduated from Wanganui School of Design in New Zealand armed with a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design, and have loved creating exciting logos, posters and publications ever since. I enjoy the challenge of retaining the client's brand integrity and yet pushing the boundaries of the visual identity to always keep it fresh and inspiring. The biggest influence in my studies was Australian textile designer Florence Broadhurst; I love the bold opulence of her signature style and her ability to make everything fresh and unique. My husband and I recently packed up our two adventurous children and left the gorgeous beaches of my home town Wanganui in New Zealand for the gorgeous beaches of Perth. I am enjoying exploring our new home and look forward to indulging my love of sport, mountain biking, surfing, swimming and going to see live music.
Catherine Bartlett, Graphic Designer WA
I have had a love of drawing from a young age, but never imagined it would turn into a career in graphic design. Whilst studying for an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, a whole new world of opportunity opened up for me. I discovered that my passion for drawing could lead me to marketing, packaging, branding, web design and much more. I get huge satisfaction out of learning new design techniques and I love a design challenge. imageseven provides me with opportunities to grow, learn and be challenged, what a great place to be.
Jill Birt, Writer WA
People intrigue me. Writing their stories to engage readers is a challenge I love. My study at Murdoch University (Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Master of Philosophy - Journalism and Anthropology) prepared me to discover and write about life in a unique way. Living in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Philippines has enriched and shaped my life too. I'm passionate about learning, travel, photography, and my husband Peter, although not necessarily in that order! I enjoy playing piano for a children's music program each Wednesday.
Carrie Anderson, Finance Manager
I emigrated from South Africa with my husband and two children in 1998, and joined imageseven shortly after arriving in Perth as an in-house accountant. I received my Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of South Africa. When I am not at imageseven I am either running with my dog or involved with my children's sporting activities.
Fiona Hood, Executive Assistant
Learning and trying new things is my fetish, and over the years it has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge that has shaped who I am today. I realised early on whilst studying a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing) that marketing communications was one way that I could feed my fetish as it is something that is constantly evolving in order to keep up with today's ever changing world. Working at imageseven brings this all to life, my role is dynamic, challenging and full of opportunities ... and that is what I love. When I am not at imageseven I am studying natural therapies, taking my dog for a walk, gardening or making things ... jewellery, candles, aromatherapy products ...
